This is our second stay with Serenity House Network. This place was wonderful, private, secluded, away from all the traffic yet easy to get to wherever we were going. I truly love the deck and we spent a great deal of time on it. The setting is perfect.

Greg & Jodie, We really enjoyed staying in the Michael Apartment during my stem cell transplant. It was so nice to stay in a place that felt like home.

You will never know what a huge part Serenity House Network made in our journey from “sick family” to “well family”. We felt unbelievably blessed every single time we came home to Sunny Place Cottage. This place was warm, homey, fully stocked and amazingly comfortable.

On top of the place being great — the service, care, and heart that were given to us by Greg & Jodie were unmatched, and SO appreciated. This was our place of smiles when we came home from very intense and tough days at Mayo Clinic. You all played a part in our daughter’s recovery and we will forever be grateful.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful and restorative place to stay. Being away from our home and the rest of our family was a difficult concept for us. But the Sierra Apartment soon became our Rochester home.

Words cannot adequately convey how much we enjoyed our time together here. We cooked meals together, played games, talked, laughed, and sometimes just quietly hung out. Sarah had a few PPRC friends over to play board games on the lower level while I visited with their parents on the upper level. It was bliss.

We loved being so close to Silver Lake Park. We were able to walk three blocks to the 4th of July fireworks. We can’t even do that at home!

Our journey to the Brigid Apartment started with a phone call answered by Greg. His kindness and willingness to listen made me know that my son and I needed to stay at a Serenity House Network home for our upcoming three and a half week visit to Mayo. I was thrilled that there was an apartment available that matched our appointment dates.

Upon arrival, we felt the assurance that this was going to be the perfect “home away from home” for us. The HUGE bedrooms, full kitchen, and comfy recliner made us so comfortable. And having two televisions kept each of us smiling that we did not have to share the much-needed “down time.” I even found time to read a book from the array of choices on the bookshelves, “Tuesdays With Morrie” by Mitch Albom, which helped me settle down each evening after a full day at Mayo.

Thank you, Greg and Jodie, for following God’s lead to provide “Serenity Homes for Mayo Clinic patients and families.”

We were here in the Quincy Apartment for about two weeks and felt so at home and comfortable here. It is never fun to be away from your own home but Serenity House Network really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and felt like we were essentially at home. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else while we went through treatment.

SHN is a blessing to all who are able to stay with them. Their ministry is a true testament to the “Greatness of God”!
