Sierra Apt. 2019: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Immuno-Compromised Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We feel lucky to have found Serenity House Network for our stay in Rochester. The duplex was perfect for our family of five. The cleanliness of the place was really reassuring with our immuno-compromised child. Staying here almost felt like normal life! We are very grateful for the warm welcome and all the little attentions paid by the SHN team. Thank you very much!
Quincy Apt. 2019: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Radiation Treatment Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We were blessed to be at Serenity House Network’s Quincy apartment. We enjoyed privacy and quiet as Charlie underwent 28 radiation treatments. It was so nice to have our own kitchen. Charlie needed soft foods and I was able to cook for him. The laundry was also great- clean clothes on demand.
When our son came to visit, we had a room for him. We also had quick and easy access to a grocery store and pharmacy.
We are great fans!

Dear Greg and Jodie,
Thank you for everything that you provided to our family during this 6 week stay. Having a place that our kids could play outside, and being able to move around instead of being in a small hotel room has been a blessing! It made it feel just like home.
May God bless you and everyone that is involved in making Serenity House Network work!

Tara’s House 2019: Fully Furnished Home For Mayo Clinic Stem Cell Transplant Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
Tara’s Place and Serenity House Network,
Tara’s Place played an important role in Steve’s treatment and recovery during his donor related stem cell transplant.
His entire treatment was done in an outpatient setting. After hours were spent at the clinic and hospital virtually everyday. Coming home to Tara’s Place gave us a sense of normal in an entirely abnormal situation.
As the caregiver, I quickly learned I needed a sense of “normal” in my life too. I was able to cook and bake, do laundry and even clean (Ha). All of these activities would not have been possible if we had stayed at other lodging options.
Steve was able to go through his treatment and recovery in a relaxed home environment. The quiet country location was very enjoyable. We were able to watch all sorts of wildlife right outside the big picture window.
Several family members and friends were able to visit and even spend the night as they came to support us both.
The opportunity to reside here for 140 days has been God’s blessing. We will forever be grateful!
Prayers and God’s Blessing to everyone involved in this wonderful SHN ministry!

Twin Pines House 2019: Fully Furnished Home For Mayo Clinic Liver Transplant Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
This is our fourth trip to Mayo Clinic in the last 14 months. Our son had been on the liver transplant list since 2009. In March of 2018 he was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). When we got this horrible news of cancer, we immediately called Greg, Jodie, and Joanna at Serenity House Network and they found us a place to stay. Brian underwent many rounds of radiation and chemotherapy during that time. Each time we returned to Rochester, SHN found us a wonderful place to stay. All of the SHN homes were spotless and well equipped. In fact, all we had to do was bring our clothing and food, and we were good to go.
This visit is our most memorable visit. Brian finally got his liver transplant and I am happy to report that he is now cancer free. He is doing wonderful; Praise the Lord! We are leaving tomorrow, but this time it is not with a heavy heart. We are still celebrating this glorious miracle.
We have met so many wonderful people during our trips to Rochester. We just can’t thank Greg, Jodie, Joanna, June Ann and Zhade for all their help and words of encouragement during our visits.
With Twin Pines being our last stop before returning to PA, we would also like to thank the owners of this wonderful home. It is spacious, well equipped and the decor is just beautiful. It was so nice to bring Brian home from the hospital to a one story house. Thank you for sharing your home!
Brigid Apt. 2019: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Stem Cell Transplant Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
My brother had a stem cell transplant and stayed over 100 days in Rochester. I was his donor and caregiver during this period of time. We spent countless nights at the hospital, in motels, and other facilities. It was a breath of fresh air when we started staying in a Serenity House Network home.
I worked with Bonnie and Greg for the past 100 plus days. They are both very kind and caring individuals.
After being at the clinic all day for appointments, it was so nice to have a “home” to come home to. Its so nice how their places are furnished with all the amenities of a home. Whenever we needed anything in regards to the house, they were there helping us out. The best landlords you could ever find. They provide a wonderful service to the community. We feel very fortunate that we had such wonderful accommodations during this extended stay in Rochester.
I would highly recommend this housing network to anyone in need. Thank you Bonnie and Greg for everything! God bless!

Dottie’s House 2019: Fully Furnished Home For Mayo Clinic Kidney Transplant Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
Dottie’s place was a gift beyond measure to us and our family. Serenity House Network provided such a warm, homey accommodation that was instrumental to my husband and my recovery from donating and receiving a kidney. We had space for our caregiver and could live as a family.
We loved working with Greg! What a tremendous heart he has! Jodie’s faith story in the SHN Community Resource Binder really impacted our hearts.
