Each apartment has new appliances, new hardwood floors, king-sized beds, Queen sleep sofas, (2) Smart TVs. Each also has its own AC\/heat control for optimal comfort. Annie\u2019s also provides free laundry, and a library of books, games and puzzles for guest use. Annie\u2019s has a wheelchair ramp into the building granting easy access into the main floor apartments,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev2.rezstudio.com\/shnrochestermn\/room\/apartment-annies-house-cliffy\/\">Cliffy<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev2.rezstudio.com\/shnrochestermn\/room\/apartment-annies-house-doris-apartment\/\">Doris<\/a>, which include power lift recliners and low-threshold showers with repositionable shower chairs. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev2.rezstudio.com\/shnrochestermn\/room\/apartment-annies-house-william\/\">William<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev2.rezstudio.com\/shnrochestermn\/room\/apartment-annies-house-mae\/\">Mae<\/a>\u00a0apartments are on the second floor. Annie\u2019s is just a 10-minute drive to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/patient-visitor-guide\/minnesota\">Mayo Clinic\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/patient-visitor-guide\/minnesota\/clinic-hospital-buildings\/mayo-clinic-hospital-saint-marys-campus\">St. Mary\u2019s Hospital<\/a>. It\u2019s conveniently located in a residential neighborhood just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and is on the city bus line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cliffy<\/strong>&nbsp;is a main floor apartment with patient-friendly features including main-floor living, low-threshold shower with shower chair, power lift chair and traditional recliner. While the apartment is wheelchair-accessible, the bathroom is not (too narrow). The master bedroom has a King bed and its own flat-screen TV. &nbsp;Additional sleeping space can be found on the living room sofa\u2019s high-quality Queen hide-a-bed. Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances.
