Each guest is free to accept or decline these services based on their needs and desires. Our volunteers are called House Moms or House Parents. Each House Parent is assigned to a specific property or properties. When a new SHN guest&nbsp;places&nbsp;a reservation, they will be asked if they would like&nbsp;to have&nbsp;an SHN Volunteer (House&nbsp;Mom)&nbsp;contact them to&nbsp;set up&nbsp;a time to deliver Welcome Bread, from a local bakery,&nbsp;when they check in.&nbsp;If the SHN guest says,&nbsp;&#8220;Yes&#8221;,&nbsp;they will receive a text or phone call from their House Mom\/Parent to set up a
