There’s not a better place to be when you can’t be in your own home. Julianna Apartment had everything we needed, as well as a private, comfortable place to be that’s away from the Clinic! Greg has been great, responds quickly to requests and just seems to really care.

We all come to the clinic for scary health reasons and having a safe retreat is such an aid to healing. I hope not to need Serenity House Network again, but its great to know its here!

This beautiful home has been our “Home Away From Home” for the last two months. My husband Mark was in the hospital for 5 months and then 3 months after transplant in a Serenity House Network home. It has been such a great recuperating time, not only for my husband but for me also!

My husband and I came to Rochester in May. He had a stem cell transplant in early June. This home provided us with a location that made it easy to get to all of his appointments. It was an enjoyable place to stay and to have friends and family visit us. We utilized the back porch a lot on many pleasant summer evenings. The house is so well equipped that we really didn’t need to bring much, other than our clothes.

The Serenity House Network staff were very friendly and responsive to any request we made. Greg came over within 10 minutes when a smoke alarm started chirping. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while my son went through the Pediatric Pain Rehab Clinic at Mayo Clinic. It was a truly amazing experience. We saw 3 different teens learn to walk again. Many of the other teens had invisible disabilities but their transformations were similarly dramatic.

Pine Tree Place house was a great home base for us as we explored much that Rochester has to offer from kayaking on Silver Lake, bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, and the Saturday farmers market. This is a great town with lots to keep teens busy.

We especially appreciated being so close to Flapdoodles ice cream and highly recommend it. We stumbled across Plumber House and recommend the free tours of the grounds.

We are grateful to Serenity House Network and Mayo Clinic. I hope we will keep up all the great progress we made while being here.

When your dealing with the unknown when it comes to your health, its so comforting to stay in a place where you feel comfortable, where it feels like home…and that’s exactly what Serenity House Network provides. Its a clean comfortable home where you can relax, and have some peace and quiet from all of the activity you may be going through at the Mayo Clinic or hospital.

SHN was very accommodating. They worked with us to get the home we needed that fit the schedule we were given from Mayo. We would recommend Serenity House Network to anyone who may be coming to the Mayo Clinic for any reason.

Upon learning that we would need lodging in Rochester for eight weeks at Mayo Clinic, going online to search for possible rentals was discouraging. The high-pressure, hard selling people we contacted were terrible. We’re grateful that Mayo concierge services recommended Serenity House Network. Calling SHN was a tremendous relief. Greg and Joanna were both reassuring and confidence inspiring.

Pine Tree Place house has been a delight and a comfortable accommodation that has the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Moeckley’s have been extremely helpful at a moments notice. Their allowing us to help ourselves in the backyard garden has been a special treat.

SHN has helped us navigate a very stressful period in our lives. We are profoundly grateful!

The Serenity House Network was so wonderful and accommodating. My dad and I stayed at the Cliffy apartment for one month while I did the Pain Rehabilitation Program and the pelvic floor retraining at Mayo Clinic. We both loved the apartment and the welcoming feeling from the other tenants. Thank you for the clean and comfortable apartment to stay in while we were in Rochester.

My husband came to Mayo Clinic for a stem cell transplant to help control cardiac amyloidosis. Because of his heart involvement, we had a lot of setbacks and our stay was extended.
