Dottie’s Place is a private home remodeled in 2018. The main floor has an eat-in custom kitchen with Corian countertops, a living room with 2 recliners and flat-screen TV, full bath, and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and 2nd flat-screen TV. A second bedroom has a Queen bed. A third bedroom has a Full bed.
In the basement, there is a large office with built-in desk, family room with gas fireplace, a rec room, a 2nd bathroom with a shower and a large laundry room. Extra refrigerators are located in the laundry room and are available upon guest request.
Outside, there is an oversized 2-car detached garage, patio area and play set for children.

Thank you very much to the Serenity House Network staff. The house was excellent and I loved the TV and cable to keep me occupied so I would not think about my nausea during my stem cell transplant for multiple myeloma. Loved to have a home away from home and liked to be able to take walks in such a nice and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful facilities. I love that you open this to Mayo patients to rent.
