Sunny Place Cottage is a side-by-side duplex comprised of the James apartment and the Julianna apartment. Julianna is a private, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Julianna offers main-floor living and has an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large living room with flat-screen TV, 2 recliners, hide-a-bed, a full bath, computer alcove and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and an additional flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 1 Full bed. Julianna shares the laundry area and 4-season porch with the James Apartment. Julianna’s outdoor space contains Adirondack chairs and a small patio area.

Julianna Apt. 2021: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Cancer Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We researched several options for our extended stay in Rochester during Barb’s cancer treatment. When we looked into Serenity House Network we struck gold! There were several appealing options but we were drawn to the Julianna apartment. A phone call was made and the apartment was available! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the comfort and convenience of the Julianna apartment. Our thanks to the SHN staff for working to extend our reservation for an extra week.
