Henry House is a side-by-side duplex with two identical apartments, Lillian and Lottie, that were completely remodeled in 2016. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a convenient 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital.
The Lillian Apartment is fully furnished and all main-floor living aside from the laundry that’s located in the basement. The full-sized washer & dryer set is free of charge. The master bedroom has its own TV. The updated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. One detached garage stall with remote included.

Lillian Apt. 2024: Fully Furnished Apartment For Mayo Clinic Patient And Family In Rochester, MN
We were so fortunate to be able to stay at Serenity House Network’s Henry House Lillian apartment. The location is perfect! It’s close to Mayo Clinic so it was easy to make multiple trips during and between appointments. The homey touches make it easy to walk right in and feel like you are “home”. While Brad spent many days in the hospital during our two months here I felt perfectly safe as a women alone.
Thanks so much for all you do. Everyone of your staff is wonderful to work with! We were able to meet June Ann in person. She is a lovely lady! We enjoyed her very much. Bless all of you!!
