The 2,100 sq. ft. house has air conditioning & a fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans for cooking, a coffee pot, a Keurig, a Crockpot, a toaster, and more! Additionally, enjoy an on-site laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this four-bedroom home can accommodate a wide variety of group needs. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed and a private, attached bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom has one Queen-size bed and a private, attached bathroom with a shower. The two additional bedrooms each have one Queen-size bed as well. There is a common bathroom located near these two bedrooms. There are additional places for sleeping, such as the loft and living room areas with comfortable Queen-size sofa sleepers.
The open floor plan is perfect for indoor entertainment as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and sunroom all flow into one another. The house is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. In addition, the house has big-screen TVs with Direct TV channels. Keep busy inside by the fireplace, or outside by the fire pit on the deck with ample seating and a gas grill. The area is nice and relaxing for morning coffee and memorable in the evenings with s’mores with your loved ones.
Please note you must be at least 25 years old to rent the Grand Rivers Guesthouse. No pets, smoking, or tents are allowed on the property. Additionally, there is to be no vehicle, boat, or ATV side-by-side washing.
Located in downtown Grand Rivers, there are plenty of activities nearby, such as walking to dining establishments and shopping areas! Lighthouse Landing Resort & Marina is located only 20 minutes from Paducah, KY, and about an hour and a half from Nashville, TN. Right between Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, explore the water through a rented sailboat and adventure through the land on a rented golf cart.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you know that you will be arriving after 5 p.m., a Late Arrival Form will be sent to you which must be completed and returned before your reservation arrival date. On your arrival day, please call Lighthouse Landing before 4 p.m. for instructions. At that time, the balance of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
CARDHOLDER RESPONSIBILITY: If you are the cardholder and not occupying the cottage, please complete the Cardholder Responsibility Form and return it as soon as possible.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Guests are responsible for payment of all reserved nights regardless of actual arrival or departure date. You must be at least 21 years of age and show proof of identification upon arrival. A 50% deposit by credit card is required when making a reservation. Balance is due upon arrival using cash or a credit card. Valid credit card information is required and will be kept on file. IF PAYING A DEPOSIT WITH A LIGHTHOUSE LANDING GIFT CERTIFICATE, PLEASE CALL TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
PET POLICY: No pets are allowed in most cottages or guest rooms. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for cottages not designated “pet-friendly”. Pets, with restrictions, are allowed in designated cottages only. Two pets per cottage, not to exceed 50 lbs each. The pet fee per stay reflects $65 for S1 and S2, $75 for N1, and $85 for N2. $300 pet damage fee.
NO SMOKING: Reports by our staff of tobacco smoke odor inside the unit will result in an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee of $150 and will be automatically charged to your credit card.
DAMAGES: Your unit is inspected and inventoried by our staff prior to your arrival. Upon departure, your unit will again be inspected and inventoried. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or losses incurred during your stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per cottage is based on our units’ capacity to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests. If unapproved and maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments.
MINIMUM STAY: All advance reservations must be three nights or longer from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Three-night minimum for Quilt Week, Hunter’s Moon Festival, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Two-night minimum in place for the rest of the year.
CHECK-IN TIME: You can check in at 4 pm central time. If checking in on Sunday, November 1 – March 31, late arrival terms apply.
CHECK-OUT TIME: You must check out by 11 a.m. or earlier. In fairness to everyone, check-out time must be strictly observed. Our cleaning crew frequently has several rental units to clean on the same day and must have enough time to get them all ready by 4 p.m. Late departure must be approved.
CANCELLATIONS: Refund of deposit, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be made if a cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-sell your reserved nights. If we re-sell your nights, you can choose to transfer your deposit to a Gift Certificate valid for six (6) months with a 10% cancellation fee or a refund less the 25% fee. Special promotional reservations will not be eligible to move reservation dates, refunds, or gift certificates. Requests to move or modify an existing reservation will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the deposit. After processing your request, we will send a confirmation to you by email. If you do not receive a confirming email within 36 hours, please call (270) 362-8201 to check on the status of your request.
DISCLAIMER: All online reservations are considered requests until we contact you to confirm your reservation request. Lighthouse Landing reserves the right to cancel any reservation request that does not satisfy our reservation requirements. Very infrequently, actual reservations must be relocated. We reserve the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected mechanical failures, emergencies, or previous damage to property. Every effort will be made to provide equal accommodations.
